A Small Google Map Utility - Device Location Tracer

I have an Android utility that gets the longitude/Latitude of an Android Device. I want to store these inputs in a mySql database on my AWS server. And register the marker(Location) on a google map and trace the movement of these devices on the map realtime. As the device moves, the map should respond by updating the movement on the google map smoothly. However the web part of the utility should show database entries on devices and detailed location. The bidder that has an Android Play account would be preferred so installation on Android devices will be easier. The Android Locator - has been uploaded for modification.
