Create security measures for my video content

I need digital content specialists to develop a system that protects my videoclasses content from illegal downloading or theft. I need him to set up my digital distribution content model; also to interfere with my woocommerce + buddy press (on Wordpress) making sure only those who paid have access to the material; and that people with the same login will not access the videos simultaneously from different devices.
