I need a high quality implementation of a Gantt chart that is fully compatible with the IVisual interface of Microsoft Power BI. The project has two milestone: 1. Write a detailed specification for the visualization 2. Implement the visualization You need to have experience in writing specifications. You also need to have deep background in D3.js and HTML5 and good understanding of data visualizations and business intelligence. The implementation must be done in Typescript (a typed version of Javascript) using D3.js. You may use as the basis for the implementation an open source D3.js code under the MIT license. Total project time should be under two weeks. Attached is a sample specifications for other visualization. Your requirements and spec should follow a similar pattern. To avoid confusion: The attached are just are samples! Your visualization is different - the Gantt chart.
