Create Microsoft Office Plugin (Expert ONLY)

I am looking for an expert to create a Microsoft Office plugin for Powerpoint 2010/2013 for PC & powerpoint for Mac 2011. You MUST have experience with creating office plugins and will need to show some experience. Function Specs. 1. Login to our file repository through API using username and password. 2. Once logged in, you will receive a token. Token is used for all API Calls. 3. User will need to make an API call to retrieve categories. Then browse categories and view powerpoint files. 4. Use Selects powerpoint files, downloads locally, modify poweproint as needed and save it back using API Call. 5. During saving, there will be checkboxes for certain functions. We need help with Architecture of the design, programming, UI design (we can do that but need guidance) and testing. Before project beings, we need to sign an NDA. Ongoing support and maintenance is probably needed but we can talk about the project is complete. Estimated hours is needed. Delivery 1. Source Code with detailed documentation. 2.
