Android firmware & App Update Server for Android PC & TV dongle

Important: The work requires to build server to push both ROM and app updates to Android boxes. Requirements: Server side: Grab app updates from google play store automatically every day Notify server admin when there is an update, for approval of update (not more than once every day) Push approved updates to authenticated clients Same method for ROM updates as well Client Side: Connect to app-update-server all the time When server pushes an updated app, check the version of app locally and download the updated app if necessary Install the updated app automatically, if the user set it that way If not notify user of updates, and once he click yes, install all pending updates automatically with no further user intervension. Same method for ROM updates as well GUI should be simple to use, even for a basic android user. This system has to support any rooted android device. Client must be able to do ROM updates specific to any hardware vendor. Client must also do some form of authentication, so that only our customer devices can connect to the server to get updates.
