One of my sites '[url removed, login to view]' takes orders for printed balloons. The orders are stored online.
About 5 weeks ago it stopped recording the balloon text (after 3 years of no problems). I now have to email every customer asking what message they put on the balloons.
The message appears on an example screen when the order is placed but disappears once payment had been made and the order is stored on the online database.
I am not a geek and I have no idea what language the website was built in.
