California Labor Law litigation age discrimination and wrongful termination

I have a case against a business filed for wrongful termination and now need to add age discrimination to the complaint. The complaint that is filled with court date in a month needs to be amended. This needs to be done and also upon hire you need to review entire case and based on your experience and HEAVY research provide additional and potential causes of action to help strengthen the case.
