Adobe Flex Employee Directory application customization

The project is about the customization of the Employee Directory application available at the Adobe Air Dev Center. The application URL is [login to view URL] The current application reads the employee data from a flat file. We want the application to look up employee details (configurable fields) from our LDAP directory server. The developer will need to take the existing source code and modify it to look up employee details from LDAP including images etc.
