Hi, I can provide a function/api that will allow for the MO and MT messages you require. You would need to provide more info on whether you are sending the messages through a gsm modem or you have and smpp, http or smsc connection. Also whether you are using short code/ long code for MOs or GSM Modem. Whether you have your own sms gateway or from a provider. I am familiar with most Bulk SMS providers. cheers
