Affiliate Outreach

We are in the preparation for the launch of our online event 'The Heart Revolution'. ( [login to view URL] ) For that we have a list of a few hundred potential good affiliates that we want to reach out to. We also have the outreach copy (different versions, ready to be used). . So now we need help with sending personalized, individualized emails to this list. We contact those people the first time, so we want to make a good impression and connect to them on the most personal level. For that we need you to go to each website, spend 2-3 minutes on the website and then add 1-2 sentences to our existing basic outreach email to make a personal connection. Then send this via our Hubspot account. We expect you to send out approx. 10-15 personalized emails/hour (that's 4-6 minutes per affiliate/email). Depending on the response this project might be extended as we find more potential partners. This project needs to be completed in the next 2-3 weeks. So we need you to be able to spend approx. 4-8 hours/day on this. You have to have near-native writing skills in english and be able to pick up the connection between our event and the approached potential affiliate really fast. Once this event is successful we will have ongoing part-time work for future projects starting in March 2017. That's why we are looking for a long-term fit, ideally!
