Hi, i am 100% confident that i am perfect for this job, i have worked virtually from my home for over 1 year, during that time i managed a call center department, my duties were to screen new hires to make sure they met the requirements of the company, prepare payroll for other virtual workers, daily production reports in excel and just about any and everything that has to do with administrative tasks.
I have also worked in the call center industry for over 4 years, during that time I dialed lead gen for different campaigns such as reverse mortgage - warm transfers, payday loan - warm transfers, medical alert - cold transfers, patient assistance program - cold transfer, just to name a few. I have the experience needed for this job and I understand the concept clearly.
I have two computers at home - one functions as a backup in case i run into any technical issues with my main pc.
