Brochure Development and Design for Website offered to schools

We have a website that is useful to students that we need to introduce to High School and Middle schools in United States. It is offered for free and have to convince school administrators that it is for their benefit to endorse the website to their students. We are starting with traditional local campaign in Arizona. Need brochure content development and design. Already have content draft. Need marketing professional help in completing the ideas, and come-up with trustworthy and compelling brochure. (small sideline, need a little help on proof reading website pages - less than 10 pages).
