Customer Sales and Contact Database (Microsoft Access)

I need a Microsoft Access Database 2010 compatible that can record the details of service I provide for the vendors I work for. A brief description of the work I do to be followed by what I need the database to hold and report. I provide services for vendors where I go out on the road to meet clients. I will need something that will allow me to enter in the different vendors I work for on a regular basis (Company Name, Contact, Address, Phone Fax, Email). I will also need the database to allow me to enter orders in so that I can keep track of them. These orders would allow me to select the vendor I am working for, input the customer information (address, phone), total mileage, fee, employee going out, time, and date for the order. I would like an order # to be assigned based on the date and time such as mmddyyhhmmA (example 1025120430A) where A is the initial of one of the two employees I have that I would like to select for the order as well. I would like several reports to be ran such as amount of feesfor a given period of time, fees for a period by vendor, list of vendors (for mailing purpose), list of customers (for mailing purposes), and mileage traveled for a period of time. I want all of these things to be done through forms and not by me accessing the tables directly. I suspect that I will add to this project later on to include expenses and accounts receivables but not at this time. I know Access but have time constraints where I can't design it myself. I will want permissions to the project to edit things in the future if I decide to. Please do not hesitate to ask questions. Thanks!
