I am looking for a Web Editor with very high English skills and editing experience. I have an established 9-year-old Australian Wordpress website that has been administered by a variety of people. Subsequently the taxonomies and categories are disparate and disorganised and the posts not optimised for SEO. I am rejuvenating the site and have a new site in staging with a new skin and all the media transferred across. I need someone to methodically work through the posts on the staging site, customising them for the new site. Some posts, which have been imported, from the US may not be appropriate and need a cursory rewrite (heads, subheads, links, z=s etc). So an idea about Australian culture is necessary. The site is fitness and health orientated and aimed at men, so some knowledge of physical training and nutrition would be preferred. Images might need to be acquired (through stock account) to illustrate the posts and may need to be to be resized. The menu system would need to align with the taxonomy and might need changing. The new skin's theme (NewEdge) might need tweaking. At the same time, I’d like the SEO boosted (I have the Yoast plugin installed) for each post as much as possible. In short, I'm looking for a savvy web-editor. The right person must be diligent, a self-starter, committed, genuinely interested in health and fitness and love making websites perfect. I find the right person, I am looking for a long-term relationship.
