Adwords Account Management

I need someone to assist me with managing my Adwords account. I have had a company set it up before but because i did not see the benefit - i stopped using them. I need someone to first analyse the acocunt and its current set up. Then you must analyse my requirements and start with one target area at a time. If you believe the account just needs a few tweeks then that is fine otherwise we can also start from scratch. Someone with Adwords experience is a must. I will advise you the area i wish to target and you will research the necessary keywords - set up the necessary keywords - remove any negative keywords and so forth. We will take each country that we deal with at a time so that we can monitor progress. I wish to start Adwords account by coming Monday.
