AS MANY RELEVANT CLEAN PR7+ LINKS NEEDED

Hi, ONLY WHITEHEAD SEO!! my budget is $250 USD. I need as many RELEVANT and PERMANENT (NOT RENTED) PR7+ links as possible for this budget for a couple of my websites. Some of them shall be deep links with the relevant keywords in the anchor. RULES: DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS: 1. One way DOFOLLOW non-reciprocal, static links only, English language-based, no link exchanges. 2. All links must be permanent. No rented links. 5 max links to be added per week. 3. No link farms, link directories, forums, blogs, link-exchange programs,Google banned site, black hat websites, political, religious sites, adult & porn, articles submission, press releases, Yahoo answers, CraigsList or spam sites. Will NOT accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, scraper sites, mirror sites, or article submissions 4. No sites banned by Google. No black hat, grey hat or shady tactics. 5. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache. Page must be indexed monthly or more by Google 6. Must be manually submitted. 7. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) 8. Prefer that the link pages are content related and must be permanent 9. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. 10. No blacklisted or spam sites. 11. No more than 40 outbound links per page. 12. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to index page 13. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. 14. Links must be on a page with a Google PR of at least 7+, not just a PR7+ site. 15. One link per domain, all from different class C IP ranges (different class-c IP address block). 16. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. 17. Links must be from English websites only. 18. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. 19. No articles and English websites only. All links should be from sites located in Canada, the US, the UK, Australia or New Zealand. 20. I reserve the right to reject any links if deemed inappropriate. 21. You agree to replace any links which are removed within the 6 months of the project. 22. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of the desired PR7+ value, not just the site's main page. - Most Important!!! 23. All links must be indexable by Google. 24. Links must be submitted on a staggered basis over (at least a) 15 days period to avoid any penalties. 25. No sites banned by Google or sites (under Construction). 26. Payment through Paypal / ESCROW AFTER we have verified the links are live and they meet above requirement 27. We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms 28. Links should contain the target keyword/keyword phrase as text in the link anchor text hyperlink in combination with the link description. 29. Links must be in text, no graphics 30.
