I am looking for someone who is an expert with Google AdWords. In particular you must know how to use the content network, keywords and managed placements very effectively. I want to get my ad alongside a certain set of content on a particular website. It is not as straightforward as simply stuffing 20 keywords from the page into an ad group and targeting the site. Escrow funds will only be released when I can see MY ad on the given site next to the given content. Thanks
