AdWords/AdCenter Paid Search: Keyword Creation

Hi there, Interested in outsourcing keyword creation for Google AdWords & MSN AdCenter campaigns. Looking for a long-term partnership here. Deliverable: Excel sheet for keywords and ads for upload into AdWords Editor & AdCenter desktop. Will provide more detail on set-up as we progress. Details: - Will pay for batches of 1000 unique keywords - 1st pass will broad; succeeding keywords will be specific - Strong understanding of English language required ... will require removal of unrelated keywords and including negative keywords - Since this is long-term, need flexibility to run keyword creation on a variety of industries - I will provide the ads, destination urls, etc - Can start with MSN first Previous Paid Search / PPC experience highly preferred.
