Content for website on "Program Your Mind To Be Slim"

I need help putting together content for a website on how to be a slim girl. There are 3 steps to the content that's going on my site, they are: STEP 1: When Eating, Enjoy Every Mouthful STEP 2: Program Your Mind To Be Slim STEP 3: Do Easy Exercises For now, I need help putting together Step 2. Some of the research I have done for step 2 has been too general on how you can use your mind to achieve anything, but I want it to be specifically on how you can use your mind to lose weight using what I have taught in Step 1. So I need someone to go over what I have researched in step 2 and change it so it is based on what I have taught in step 1. I am looking for someone who has good attention to detail because I want them to include all the information I have researched. And I am looking for someone who understands the 2 subjects; weight loss and programming your mind. I have attached the content I have in Step 1 and the research I have done in Step 2. This project will lead to a lot more work for the freelancer who does well in this. (I AM ONLY GOING TO AWARD THIS PROJECT TO SOMEONE WHO SHOWS ME A SAMPLE OF THE WORK, THIS SAMPLE CAN BE AS BIG AS YOU LIKE, BUT I NEED TO SEE YOU UNDERSTAND THE PROJECT AND CAN DO IT WELL BEFORE I AWARD IT TO YOU. I'M MORE INTERESTED IN WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR ME THEN WHAT YOU HAVE DONE IN THE PAST FOR SOMEONE ELSE.)
