Py.test test sceleton for configuration file

Need a test sceleton (empty test classes/methods) for: [login to view URL] As for naming/structure example can use: [login to view URL] Based on this microproject I'm hoping to be able to find paid peer programmers to develop mini-kep and other projects. Not as successful so far - on one end there are novices who get stumbled at running some code with -m switch, on other end $50/h people who may want to do some obvious things at such crazy rate. Hoping to be able to find some people in between.
