Specification
1. The program should read the data that is contained in a comma-separated text file and store the information in a variable of a suitable data type in memory. The text file can contain teams of any International league.
2. In addition to the data supplied in the text file, your program should also calculate and store in memory the number of points for each team.
3. The user should be able to introduce results of a match and update the data of the two teams involve in the match in memory.
4. The user should always have access to all the information of a specific team
5. You need to create and display the league table by sorting the teams in descending order of points. When two teams have the same number of points the one that has won more matches will be first. However, if the number of wins are also the same the one that has lost fewer matches will be first. Note that the rule used by FIFA is more complex but we will assume that there are not more than two teams with the same number of points and the same number of matches won and lost.
6. Once the information has been read from the text file and the points for each team calculated, the program should offer the user a series of numbered options and process the option selected by the user. The program will continue to offer and process options until the user enters the number 0 to quit. Invalid options should be signaled to the user. A possible format could be:
1. Add result of a match
2. Get information of a team
3. Calculate league table
4. Display league table
