Convert an ASP Telerik grid web app to an Alpha5 grid based web app

I currently have a web app that is based on SQL Server and a Telerik grid. I am not happy with the performace of the app when it comes to working with a large table (>2 million recs). Alpha5 is a database program with a very good web interface component. I have tested it and it seems to work well with my large table example. I am looking for a programmer who is very good with ASP and Telerik who can help me evaluate Alpha5 and either fix the current web app or port the app to Alpha5. I would like to be able to do some basic support on the app so it needs to be simple.
