I've already worked on and designed a vegetable slicing and dicing machine as my final year project. It has been successfully implemented by Process Masters pvt. Ltd. Pune. It had an o/p of 2500kg/hr and can slice(10mm slice thickness) as well as dice(10x10x10 mm)vegetable. I'm a  Autodesk certified professional for AutoCAD & Inventor.
