Design me an electronic device (camera, mic, bluetooth)

I need someone to design an electronic device with the following functionality: 1. Bluetooth capabilities - able to transmit the photos taken within a reasonable amount of time ( ~ 7 seconds ) 2. Microphone - used for initiating the camera's shutter to take a photo 3. Camera - 3MP minimum resolution 4. Battery - capable of powering the device for 10+ hours The device must be as small as possible, dimensions and the exact shape of the device will be discussed later. The listing is for determining which parts would work the best for their cost/function, and designing the circuit along with any microprocessor or microcontroller work requires to make the device function. ** It must be able to save photos from the camera to an android or iOS device after a photo is initiated by a voice command. ** Further consideration will be given to teams who have the ability to develop software for manipulating the images captured, this is not part of the current listing and may be discussed through PM.
