Hi. I require an external "Warp Box" that accepts up-to 2K HDMI video/audio source, applies geometric correction (image warping) to the video and outputs HDMI video (preserving the audio) in real-time. I'm looking for a go-to market that's below $300. The video that is input may be of various resolutions (e.g. 1920x1080, 1280 x 720, 1024 x 768) and the solution needs to dynamically determine the input resolution and apply the correct geometric correction (which will have to be authored and stored in a lookup table for the chip to reference) I requested info from these image processing chip companies that offer warping capabilities yesterday and haven't received further feedback yet: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I'm not sure if TI's [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] chips could work. Even if I can get these chips I'd need to find a suitable commercially available control board with necessary accessories (e.g. memory, power) to make it work. I've never designed a hardware solution like this before (my day job is Applications Solution Architect) and I'm not sure if I'll need to design my own control board or use one that is commercially available. Purpose of this project: Find me the right components (chips, boards, accessories) that can meet my needs. Hi Zaid How are you doing ? I chhecked your post about your project and I have some details to clear 1- the ichip company , normally they NDA to be signed to release all material information and reference design , their price for license cold bro from 5k to 15kusd to all necessaries information to start doing your OWN product. 2- the Ti processor is just Soc. 3- your project need PCB design and firmware development, but from my experience ichip is best choice , as it dedicated wrapper so you don't need to involve much firmware work. for PCB design this kind of PCB is High speed design board which require signal integrity verification and cross-talk verification as well including EMC too, and choose the right Power management IC to meet power sequence, my advise is to stick with this company called ichip and try to manage agreement with them to get more information's if you need more assistance you're welcome you can PM me to discuss more.
