I currently work freelance as a fashion design consultant helping new brands and start up to realise their ideas, develop samples with manufacturers and launch and follow their production. I have contacts with fabric suppliers and manufacturers, but can also source new ones tailored to your needs. Projects usualy start with a discussion where you tell me what you need to achieve and I provide you with design and/or technical garment specs which can be sent to the appropriate manufacturer (depending on your product) who will give you quotes and sample your garments. This way is more efficient than having patterns made then sent to a taillor, you will save energy, time and money... My fees are £20/hour for design and technical work, and £40/hour for consulting work.

Greetings! I am new to this site and do not have many things in portfolio or any reviews. However, I am a very experienced pattern maker with 25+ years in TV, Film, and Stage work. I can also possibly provide you with some 3D virtual models wearing your designs so you can see what they will look like in person, along with the paper patterns for tailoring use. I am fluent in CAD pattern making software Optitex that I use for making samples of clothing for this web site: www.mystylerules.com.
