Expert level experience in designing for Production, Quality, Tool room and R&D departments. Highly skilled in using AutoCAD versions Release 13, 14, 2000, 2005 and solid works. 2D- Drafting and detailing of various components using Auto CAD R2000 drafting functions. Design of Gravity dies and Injection Moulds for making aluminum casting and plastic products with LM6 grade and ABS – Acrylonitrile – Butadiene – Styrene, PA – Nylon, PC – Polycarbonate etc. Design of Shell core dies for sand castings, Gauges for quality control, Jigs and Fixtures for holding and drilling the castings, Honing Tools and Plating jigs, Gravity dies and Transport Shell core dies should be designed in two/four halves. Design of typical and angled shape copper electrodes for EDM (electro discharge machining).
