As an example, it would be taking something like the attached images, and transferring them into something that looks good and that has consistent branding. I would be able to provide an example of the type of 'look', colours, etc. to the person doing the work. At this stage, it might involve creation of 20-30 images based on hand-drawn pictures or rough draft electronic versions.
