Create an Animation

I am looking for a skilled artist that can create a male human character from your mind or picture from legal means. The picture will be a extremely fit male; six pack, large chest, large arms, with "marks" up the arms to the neck. the picture can stop there or/and disappear behind the title of the book. The marks will be explained better later The job will to also be to design or find the fonts for the title and series name of the book with placement on the 6" x 9" cover. The back cover will be to the artist specialty; ie. signature design, or agreed upon graphics that are appropriate to the book.
