I have a portait picture of a man that I need turned into a line art/etching picture like you see in the Wall Street Journal. (See attachment for examples from the Wall Street Journal and the picture of the guy.)
We have tried to do this with the computer several times and have been unsuccessful for the level of detail we are trying to reach.? We think it will need to be hand drawn.
The output must be in vector format. Only bids with examples of work that match what we are trying to achieve will be considered.
