Create 2D Animations, Background Cleanup and Background retouching for Digital Childrens Book

The job is to help us convert printed children books into digital childrens books by doing background cleanup, background retouching and 2D animation. Note: This is a test project is of only 3 pages of a title. We pay the quoted price for these 3 pages. Reason: We would like to see some work before committing to production of the whole title. If that works out well we start working on the whole title straight away and have a large number of further titles in the pipeline, which we would like to convert into a digital version as well. For your reference only we have attached the instructions for the whole book so that you get an idea how the whole project would look like. We to supply: ---------------- Hi Res TIF-Images without layers of each page or Hi-Res PDF files of the printed book. For Hi-Res files of 3 pages pls refer to [login to view URL] instructions with details of each animation we require (for about 15-20 pages per title) For the 3 pages of this test project pls refer to attachment #1 and #2 Just for reference how the whole title looks like pls refer to attachment #3 and #4 You to do First you need to understand how the animation would work so that you provide the right cut outs an animation frames. 1. Provide Cut outs of selected items plus restoring the background behind the items (!) 2. create simple and short animations (10 to 20 frames) which we can use to create Sprite animations in the Childrens Book software. Animations need to look natural and be more than just moving photoshop layers You to supply: for the cut outs / restored backgrounds: layered PSD Images with cut out objects plus restored background at or above iPad Retina Resolution For animations: layered PSD files with frames as separate layers or a stack of numbered PNG files. We will use this to create sprite based animations from within Tiger Create software. We use a new software called TigerCreate to compose these interactive childrens books ( [login to view URL] ) . Right now we would like to do the composing in TigerCreate inhouse at our company and to outsource the creation of animations (possibly to you – that’s this estimate request).
