Deep-etching mannequin shots on grey background.

I require a total of 114 digital images (provided as Canon RAW files) to be deep etched (dresses and garments on a mannequin removed from the grey background, 10 handbags removed from grey background). I want to provide high quality work for my new client and need someone to help with the post production. To maintain the quality of work I usually do I will be looking for no missing edges or leftover background, or colour cast. I require the background to be changed to white as specified web usage white, not regular RGB white which can look funny on web. The files will be used for an online webstore with a zoom function so need to have suitable quality. The files will also be used on a large monitor to display the images. The glass floor base that the mannequin is attached to will need to be removed in some shots (approx 40) and area where the foot pole enters the foot of the mannequin would need basic patching (approx 20). There is a chip in the paint on the mannequin hand that needs to be removed in some front facing shots. The arm of the client entering the frame to steady the mannequin at the neck would need to be removed in some shots (max 5 shots). A significant number of shots are close up detail shots that have less than 5% of the image as grey to be removed. I decided to include these for consistency so the work is done by the same person. Please let me know what cost you estimate for 115 images and the estimated turnaround of this job, this particular job has a time frame of about 3 days from the close of the auction if possible.
