decode perl

Hi, I have a script written in perl that's currently being encrypted using a custom function WSD::Filter. It seems to be using regex's WSD::Filter to encrypt the file, all the code for encrypting and decrypting the file are open. There is 1 file that needs decoding file attached if you can decode show me some part of code by message and bid message me for more information. Thanks
