What I need done: I need to transform a tab-delimited data file (preferably using Perl or other PL you suggest) into a specific format that I'll be using for further modeling. Some special manipulation are needed in the transformation, e.g. what information should be extracted and included, but it should be quite easy for experienced programmers after explanation, and I'll also prepare a detailed spec.

Specific expertise that I am seeking: Experienced Perl or other data manipulation programming skills.

Timeframe for delivery: It is a quite urgent project (turnaround time 1-2 days). Willing to discuss about it.

Budget: Not sure; willing to discuss too.
