Hello! I need a commercial CMS to be developed. It should be created with the help of Zend Framework. All basic patterns must be used: KISS, DRY, Singleton, Frontcontroller, MVC. All code should be well commented. This CMS should be original with the original design. It should be developed from the very beginning!!! It should include: 1) Backend; 2) Frontend; Please note the most important for me is not the time but the quality, functionality, design. All bids like "I will do it for just 750$ and within 1 day" will be ignored. The price is not important for me. I will pay 1500$ to a developer who will win the project.
