cpanel bug in html editor

cpanel has a bug in the html editor in the file manager. It either deletes the page completly if there is flah on the page or it leaves A's on the page after saving if it does not have flash. Please let me know if anyone knows how to fix this error/bug
I am sorry I did not tell you in the discription that this is for my whole server I have 2 servers one has 20 GB and the other is a 40 GB. This is not for a single account but for almost 400 accounts on these servers

I've come across this bug (or a similar one) before and should be able to fix it no problem. If for some reason it's related to cPanel's encoding and the particular bug can't be corrected, I won't charge anything.
