Twitter API - TOP LOCAL TWITTER ACCOUNTS

1. Store a list of Locations - with (location name, country, Lat, Long,radius ) 2. ( twitter name, locations, rank ) 3. run a routine to gather new tweets every 10 minutes, and create a new league table every day.
