A Minecraft server list

I need a script that will allow people to see "Minecraft Servers" and see a little bit about them.

-The script must be able to "query" a server (Identify if it is online or not)

-The script must be able to have sponsored servers (Server slots that are paid slots, these slots are the first 8 slots)

-The script must be MySQL Compatible

-The script will have a Login and Register, from there you can add a server

-The script must be able to have ad spaces (One below the header and one at the footer)

-There must be a contact form

-There must be a place where you can "Pay" to get your server on a sponsored slot
