Develop a Magento Extension to allow a warehouse to be imported, and assigned to each product. Allow website to do a realtime shipping calculation at time of checkout, grouped by warehouse, allow for an additional handing charge to be added based on the warehouse.

ie 5 products in cart from 3 warehouse = 3 shipping calculations on the same checkout screen.
