Create sub admins with specific permissions

Part1- Create sub administrator with restricted access in pixel script. Sub admin will be assigned a unique PW and will have limited access to specific functions. Part2- Correct minor bug for coupon discounts which require additional information for coupon to work. Create the ability to add additional coupon codes with specific discounts associated with each coupon. Right now, we can only have one discount rate associated with all coupon codes. Additional information on our script will be supplied to qualified providers through PMB Please bid part1 and part2 separately.
