Create Classe PHP Zip/UnZip and Send by FTP

Hi am looking for a developer to make me a simple script in php, I want to script with a function that takes as a parameter an ftp account. Let him take the whole tree or ftp it up and make a zip of all directory files. Then he sends zip parameter provided by ftp. And another function that unzip all the repertoire. That's all it is a fairly simple script but I need the code must be clean, if it is a PHP class is even better, as long as it's clean and commented .
