Create VB Advanced Module

Must be familiar with VB Advanced. Would like to create a module that will display the topics in my forums. Have three forums and would like three modules that display the forum topics. So just one simple module that displays topics from a specific thread. Must be familiar with VB Advanced. This is very simple!!
