Change page layout + add features for PHPmotion site

Hello, we currently have a base phpMotion script website. We need someone to change the layout of one page of the site to make it a predominantly music themed site rather than mostly video. To do this, we need the follow main tasks accomplished... (also please see the [url removed, login to view] attachment for complete details)
1) Change the layout of the "Audios" layout. The "Audios" layout should come up first when entering the website. The text "Audios" needs to be changed to "Music" The layout should look as close to the image "mockup.jpg" as possible.
2) The blue information window on "mockup.jpg" should scroll information for the currently playing song file such as username, songname, location, etc...
3) The picture of the user should be displayed along with each song file entry rather than the music icon. (see [url removed, login to view])
4) New functions include - random play - if a user selects this button, the site will pick songs at random from the database and play then continously. Play top rated - if a user selects this button, then the site will start playing the highest rated song and continue playing the next rated song, etc...
You can see what the "audios" screen currently looks like with "current site.jpg" There might be a few tweaks we discover as we go through the process as well.
Please ONLY bid if you have read the description above and fully understand what is neccessary and if you are comfortable/familiar working with PHPmotions scripts. I need this project started asap completed within 1-2 weeks.
