Cakephp expert required to fix very small application

A client of mine has a very small application written in cakephp. Basically its a survey form which takes information from a user, makes a calculation and stores the results in an application accessible by him. Unfortunately he has lot his password and, as I know nothing about cakephp, I have been unable to assist. Budget is small but it should not take someone familiar with this very long to fix.
