CREATE SEMINAR VIEW FORM

WE need an efficient PHP programmer to help us to create a seminar view to appear on the main page when users click "Register for Seminar". Please see the attached mock-up page. The process includes:
Create a display form as shown on the attachment
Link to "Register for Registration"
Ensure, when user clicks "Register" on the Seminar view, it leads to current seminar registration form.
Create ADMIN to manage each of the items in the Seminar view.
Bidders must be reliable, and willing to get paid only when work is SATISFACTORILY done. Bidders will be STRICTLY held to timeline specified in the bid. Failure to finish the project within timeline will lead to instant cancellation. Only serious and trustworthy bidders will be considered.
