Aweber type php script

I am looking for a system that is kind of like aweber with a few differences. i only need it to be single user. i need it to have the features fro people to join and it send emails out in timed intervals. i need to be able to have html and text versions of the emails i need it to track undeliverable, bounced, opted out emails i need it to have subscribe and unsubscribe options i need single and double opted in options basically i need a system that has the stuff aweber has when you are logged into your account. it needs to be able to handle multiple lists of all sizes. i prefer something already written that you can show me a demo of. i do not want to have to wait around for something to be written. pmb me demo of what you have.
