Apply css Formatting to HTML in PHP Source Code

We have about 60 php source pages for our own custom-built software. The programers' html is horrible, and we need it formatted. We will provide exact instructions and expect the outcome to be perfect and free of errors. We have a template to give you so no design is required. We'd like to pay $200 and expect it delivered in 3-4 days. There is the potential to provide much more work like this to the right person.
