Admin Login Problem & Email fix

I have a website that is having problem logging into the admin. The site is a PHP website. I was able to login before. But right now, it keeps telling me that I can't login. Also, I have an email form working. But submitted information is showing as HTML source code and it is confusing to view it in my Outlook. I want the submitted information to be shown just as text. For example, to show the name field, currently it is in the following format <table> <tr><td>Name:</td><td>John</td></tr> </table> I wanted to be Name: John
