cs cart automatic import from ftp file location

I have a CS Cart based webstore. I need somebody to program automatic importing product file from my distributor(s) on a timed basis. Basically: Cron Job gets Distributor files from FTP site and downloads into my site (already done). Inventory files get converted to CS Cart import file format. Inventory file gets imported into CS Cart. I'd like to be able to set the time period this import/upload is done (every 2 hours, every 12 hours, etc).
