Big opportunity for a HIGHLY-skilled PHP develop

About us: We are a small company that provides an incredible SaaS marketing platform (monthly subscription service) for small businesses, consisting of a large and complex backend comprised of different frameworks/applications. What we’re looking for: ONE highly-skilled and proficient PHP developer (NO companies) with at least 8+ yrs of experience in Zend framework, CodeIgniter, JQuery, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, Amazon EC2, and system administration to work with our developers. Innovative thinking “outside the box” is a must. You must possess strong work ethics and communication skills. FYI, we’ve hired over 40 freelance developers in the past 2 years, whereby less than 5 in our opinion were truly “highly-skilled” and innovative. If you have the “paycheck-to-paycheck” passive mentality, or seeking a short-term project to earn the “fast buck,” this position is NOT for you. But if you possess an active entrepreneurial mindset, would like to grow with a fairly new company, and be compensated equity based on your performance to earn a potentially large payout upon our exit strategy (i.e. when our company is acquired or sold), this is a golden opportunity for you. Our expectations from YOU: You will need to be available between 9am to 5pm EST (GMT -5 New York). We currently have a list of tasks which should take you and another developer on our team 2 months to complete. Thereafter, you will simply be improving and maintaining features/applications within our platform. Our offer to YOU: 1. You will be paid a subscriber-based salary of $0.30/subscriber (to a maximum $5,000.00 USD/month salary) effective the DAY YOU START. 2. Out of goodwill, we will even pay you $100 USD/month to start until the number of subscribers/month exceeds $100 USD/month (~333 subscribers). 3. Depending on your performance, you will also receive up to 0.50% equity in common shares within our company after an evaluation period of 12 months. We anticipate our company to have a conservative fair market valuation of ~$20-$30 million within the next few years upon our exit strategy (i.e. when our company is acquired or sold). Thus, a 0.50% equity stake (prior to applicable dilution) would render you a lump-sum dividend payment of ~$100,000 to $150,000 USD upon exit.
